1. Q:Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are manufacturer and own 3 factorie located in China (One for key box and padlocks, the other for door locks
and door handle, and another is WPC door and other home hardware. Total covers area of 6,000 square meters.

2. Q: If I would like to develop my design,Can you custom my design? Can you make it only for us,
and will not show it to anyone else?
A: Yes,We have our own R&D dept., OEM&ODM service are available. And will not show it to others.
3. Q: Can you accept small order?
A: Yes, we accept an trial order for the first time, it is the start of business and our long-term cooperation in the future.
4. Q: How can I get a quotation? When can I get the quotation?
A: Quotation will be offered within 24 hours. It will be more efficient if you tell size, quantity, special requirement.
5. Q: Can you do a sample for me?
A: Yes, Sample can be arranged for your approval, but we do not pay for freight.
6. Q: Can you print the logo on my product or color box for my product?
A: Yes, We can. Pls note Print / laser logo MOQ is 300pcs. MOQ for color box is 500pcs.
7. Q: What's your delivery time?
A: It depending on the order quantity.Delivery time for normal products and without any logo is 10~30 days.
Casting products and logo products and color box packing will take about 30~40 days.
8. Q: Which is the shipping way to choose?
A: Sample will be sent air for small order; it is is more than 1 ton or 1 cbm it is better to arrange by sea.
9. Q: Before purchasing, how can we get to know the quality?
A: We can send sample to you to check. Also cusomer can appoint some agent to inspect the mass production
quality in our factory to make sure the quality.
10. Q: What's your warranty?
A:100,000 times of opening-closing and 1 years warranty of lock products.
11. Q: What should we do if goods are received with some quality problems?
A: All goods have been inspected during the assembling and packing, the chance to get defective item is very rare.
If there are some quality problems, such as finish problem, damaged problem, please kindly take some photos to proof.
After we verified the problem, we will give refund or resend the goods.
12. Q: What is the Payment terms?
A: The most common way we do is online, Credit Card, T/T, LC Payment.
13. Q: What's the price term?
A: EXW/FOB/CNF/CIF/DDU/DDP depends on customer's requirement.
